1. Scope of Services

Royal Security Services provides:

  • Manned Security (Armed & Unarmed)

  • Electronic Surveillance Installation & Maintenance

  • Event & VIP Security

  • Housekeeping & Facility Management

  • Corporate and Private Investigations

  • Security Consultancy & Risk Assessment

  • Sanitation and Deep Cleaning Services

All services are executed professionally and in liaison with local police authorities wherever required.


2. Service Agreement

  • Services are provided as per a mutually agreed contract.

  • Standard contract duration is 12 months, with one month’s notice required from either party for termination.

  • Services commence post a site survey and acceptance of the operational plan.

  • Any changes in service scope, manpower, or schedule will be mutually discussed and agreed upon.


3. Payments and Billing

  • Monthly service bills are to be cleared within 7 days of receipt.

  • Any delays may attract penalties or suspension of services.

  • Housekeeping materials, if supplied by us, will be charged at actuals with supporting bills.


4. Quality Assurance

  • All staff are professionally trained and certified.

  • We conduct periodic inspections (weekly by field officers and bi-weekly by operations management) to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

  • Extra manpower or services can be deployed upon client request on a pro-rata basis.


5. Confidentiality & Ethics

  • All operations are carried out with strict confidentiality and professional integrity.

  • Investigation and security consultancy services are handled with utmost discretion.

  • Our workforce is trained to act ethically, honestly, and responsibly at all times.


6. Liability

  • Royal Security Services shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage unless it is proven to be a direct result of negligence or misconduct by our personnel.

  • Clients are requested to maintain necessary insurance for high-value assets and premises.


7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil disturbances, or power outages.


8. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be informed of any changes via email or official communication.
